Sajalah kan nak share dengan you all yang kite ada app terborrrbaik you.
App ni nama PACER you all boleh download from playstore or apple store. App ni bagus tau sebab kita boleh tengok steps/day , burn calories etc with condition, you all kena bawa hp yang ada app ni during korang berjalan so dia boleh count your steps.
Owh ya, app ni juga boleh guide you / motivate you untuk lose weight ya like me =D
So this in my goals but hard to achieve =( ... so sad. Nak istiqomah buang 0.1kg/week pon payah. huhuhu.
my current weight but every week always berubah2 so kadang2 jadi 48+ adoi so hard to achieve my goals =.=
Ape pon syukur alhamdulillah, badan sihat boleh beribadah rasa dah happy sangat.
